- Click on the “Photo Browser” to open it.
- Select (Click and hold) a picture and drag it overtop of the sample picture, then let go.
- Your picture will show up instead.
- Close the “Photo Browser” by clicking on the Browser icon, or the corner of the window.
- The words are set up in text boxes. There may be more than one depending on the template you choose. Click somewhere over the title “Anniversary Party”. You will see the text box is outlined (10a) , and the cursor will start to flash in side the box(10b).
- With your pointer inside the box, click it quickly three times to highlight all of the text.
Now let’s change the words.
- Type in the words you want.
- Now Click inside the next text box. With some text boxes you will notice that one click in the box will cause all the words to be highlighted. That’s the case with this sample. You can start to replace all the details of the announcement right away.
